Favor Butterflies

I am making the favors for J & my ceremony. Here is the pattern:

Jess’s Butterfly Pattern

I hook and small amount of worsted weight yarn

Ch 6, sl st to form ring.

R1: Ch 3, dc, ch 2, (2dc, ch 2) 7x, sl st to top of ch 3, turn.

R2: Ch 3, (dc, ch 2, 2dc) in ch 2 sp, *(2dc, ch 2, 2dc) in next ch 2 sp, Rep * around, sl st to top of ch 3. DO NOT TURN.

R3: Ch 3, 9 dc in ch 2 sp, sc in next sp bet two 2dc sets, *10 dc in next ch 2 sp, sc in next sp bet two 2dc sets, Rep * around, sl st to top of ch 3. Fasten off.

Finishing: Fold over at the center, matching 10 dc sections. Take a 4″ piece of pipe cleaner, fold in half, and twist around the middle to create the butterfly body. Twist the ends to make antennae.

The pattern should create this:
