R1: Sc in 2nd, (ch 5, sk 4, sc) across, ch 1, turn.
R2: Sc, (ch 5, sc) across, ch 1, turn.
R3: Rep R2
R4: Sc, (ch 3, long sc around ch 5 sections into 3rd sk ch from R1, ch 3, sc in sc) across. Fasten off.

Ties:
Join in short end. Dr up lp in sc at ends of R1-3 (4 loops on hook), yo, dr through all lps on hook, Ch 40. Fasten off.

Rep for other tie.
