40 colors worsted weight yarn (Black, Cadet Blue, Cornmeal, Eggplant, Fern, Lavender, Mint, Light Pink, Turqua, Peach, Russet, Lilac, Teal, Spring Green, Orange, Yellow, Azure, Blue, Brown, Chocolate, Cream, Crimson, Fawn, Gold, Green, Grey, Lemon, Mauve, Ochre, Olive, Pink, Purple, Red, Rose, Ruby, Scarlet, Silver, Violet, and White)

Skirt:

Big Skirt Panel (Make 12)

Ch 11

sc in 2nd and across

Ch 2, hdc across for 25 rows

Ch 2, inc, hdc across to last, inc

Rep R3 for 24 rows

Rep R26

Fasten off.

Vest:

Big Vest Panel (Make 5)

sc in 2nd and across

Fasten Off.

Small Vest Panel (Make 10)

Ch 2, hdc across for 39 rows

Fasten Off.

Side Panel (Make 2)

sc in 2nd and across

Ch 2, hdc across for 22 rows

Fasten Off.

Assembly:

For skirt: Colors may be used as desired, join with sc with black to Row 51, alternating between big skirt panel and small skirt panel around

For vest: Colors may be used as desired, but piece together starting from left front: small, big, small, side, small, big, small, small, big, small, small, big, small, side, small, big, small. Join with sc in black. Join small, big, small to left and right of side panel together at top with sc to make top of vest.

At bottom of vest, make one row of sc in black straight across.

At top of skirt, starting with top st, join black and work as follows:

Sc 10, sc 5, dec 5, sc 5, dec 5, sc 5, sc 10, sc 5, dec 5, sc 5, sc 10, sc 5, dec 5, sc 5, dec 5, sc 5, sc 10, sc 5, dec 5, sc 5, dec 5, sc 5, sc 10

With right sides together, sl st bottom of vest to top of skirt.

With black, make one row of sc around outside edges (around front of vest and bottom of each skirt panel). Join. Fasten off. Weave in all ends.
